      Birds Eye C&W Petite Mixed Vegetables give your family a delicious vegetable side dish with less work. Flash frozen for fresh flavor, these mixed veggies contain petitie corn, julienne carrots, petitie green beans and petitie peas for a classic vegetable mix. These frozen mixed vegetables can be enjoyed as an easy side, or add them to casseroles. Preparation is easy; boil it on the stovetop or prepare it in the microwave. Keep the 16 ounce bag in the freezer until you're ready to cook it. It’s good to eat vegetables, so Birds Eye makes vegetables good to eat.

      Cook thoroughly. See cooking instructions. For food safety % quality follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen- do not thaw. cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degree F. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon water for half package). 2. Cover and microwave on high; stir halfway through cooking. 3.Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. 4.Drain and serve. Microwave ovens vary- adjusting cooking times as needed to reach 165 degree F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Microwave Cook Time: Full Pack: 1200 watts; 7 min. 1000 watts; 8 min. 800 watts; 9 min. Half Pack: 1200 watts; 4 min. 1000 watts; 5 min. 800 watts; 5-1/2 min. Stove Top Instructions: 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water (1/4 cup water for half package). 2. Bring water to a full boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-high. 3. Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes (3 to 4 minutes for half package), stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and serve.
