      Mazola® Canola Cooking Spray Original. Canola oil cooking spray is a cholesterol free food with 0g of total fat per serving. It's perfect for calorie-free, fat-free cooking!

      Ingredients

      Canola Oil*, Lecithin (soy), Dimethylpolysiloxane, Propellant.

      Directions

      Directions: 1. Shake well (ten times for best performance). Align spray nozzle with dot on can. 2. Hold can upright about 6 inches from surface of cookware. 3. Spray unheated cookware evenly until coated. (Do not spray on cookware or grill after heated). A 1 second spray will effectively coat a 10" skillet. For best results store at room temperature.
